Types Of Notifcations

There are 3 types of notifcations that we send which you can determine who receives which
  1. Flagged Transactions
When Sigma flags a transaction for review, an email alert is sent to members of specific user role groups to review the transaction.
  1. Alert Rules
When a transaction triggers an alert rule, an email alert is sent to members of specific user role groups to review the transaction.
  1. Slack Notifications
Notifications are sent to your organization slack channel in your workspace to receive real-time notifications for flagged transactions and alerts.

How to set notifications

  1. Login to Sigma.
  2. Click on My Account.
  3. Click on Notifications.
  4. Configure each notification to your teams need 👏
