Notification Types
Flagged Transactions When Sigma’s AI flags a transaction as suspicious or high-risk, an email alert is sent to the team members you designate. This allows your fraud and compliance teams to review and act on flagged transactions quickly without having to monitor the dashboard continuously. You configure which role groups receive these alerts. For example, you can route flagged transaction emails to your Fraud Analyst and Reviewer groups only. Alert Rules When a transaction triggers one of your configured rules (e.g. a large transaction rule or a high-risk country rule), a separate email alert is sent to notify the relevant team members. Alert rule notifications can be routed to different role groups than general flagged transaction alerts, allowing you to direct rule-specific signals to the right people. Slack Notifications Connect Sigma to your organisation’s Slack workspace to receive real-time notifications in a designated channel. Slack notifications are sent for both flagged transactions and alert rule triggers, giving your team instant visibility without leaving their communication tools. How to Configure Notifications
