How Billing Works
Sigma uses a pay-per-request model with a centralised company wallet. You fund the wallet in advance, and Sigma deducts the cost of each successful API request automatically. You are only charged when a request is successfully processed. Failed requests due to invalid authentication or malformed payloads do not consume wallet balance. Centralised wallet: A single wallet covers all your applications and all Sigma products. You do not need separate accounts or balances for Transaction Monitoring, AML, CDD, and Reporting. One top-up funds everything. How to Fund Your Wallet
- Log in to Sigma
- Click My Account → Billing
- Click Fund Wallet
- Enter the amount you want to add
- Add a card and complete payment securely
- Your updated balance appears immediately on the Billing Overview page
Monitoring Your Usage
The Billing Overview page shows:- Current balance: how much credit remains in your wallet
- Plan details: your current plan and expiration date
- Billing history: a log of all top-ups and deductions
- Request transactions: a breakdown of API usage by product and date
Keeping Your Wallet Funded
Running out of wallet balance will cause API requests to fail. To avoid disruption:- Top up your wallet before it runs low. There is no automatic recharge.
- Monitor the billing dashboard after large batch operations
- Consider maintaining a minimum buffer based on your average daily API volume
