Billing

Sigma uses a wallet system linked to your company account. Here’s how it works:

1. Charges per request: Your wallet is charged for each successful API request made with your company’s API details.

2. Unified wallet for all apps: All apps under your company account share the same wallet. This means:

• Adding funds to your wallet allows all your apps to make API requests.

• There’s no need to manage separate wallets for each app.

Note

Your wallet is not charged for failed API requests but ONLY for requests with 200 response code

Fund Wallet

1. Login to your dashboard, click on My Account

2. Click on Billing

3. Select Fund Wallet

4. Enter an amount

5. Add a card and make payment securely.

6. Your wallet balance shows on your Billing overview page

Note

Your billing dashboard shows details about your current plan, plan expiration, balance, billing history and transactions.
